The Tower Building Design Of Meishan Culture Park And Its Expression Of Cultural Conception

With the rapid spread of globalization and urbanization,though the rationalist architecture which favored by the investors led the city’s economic development,but there are some problems.For example,the designers are only concerned about how to pursuit the design results easily and efficiently,but ignore the human experience and consciousness.A large number of "no sense" architecture and space environment of apathy is generating.Geographical features and historical context is gradually subside.Under this condition,the author study the tower building design of Meishan culture park to explore the design principles of the tower building and the expression methods the tower buildings’ culture conception.The tower building of Meishan culture park should not only emphasis on rational functions and technologies,but should be combined with local history,geographical characteristics,customs and human sensory experience,heritage places spirit and continuing culture of Meishan.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter studies the subject of the origins,the research of the object and the content,the research of the purpose and the meaning,the research of the status,the research of the related concepts,the methods and frameworks,etc.and explain the causes and necessity of the study.Among them,the explanation of "related research in the field" and "related concepts" define the starting point and scope of the study,and laid the foundation of this research;The second chapter expound the design principles of tower building and these principles subdivided into controlling principle,territoriality principle and iconic principle.They lay the theoretical foundation for the tower building design;The third chapter studies the methods of the cultural mood of tower building,According to the cultural mood of the connotation and the elements,the methods of the cultural mood of tower building can be summarized as culture extraction,vector shape and carrier blend of mind;The fourth chapter discusses the factors of tower building design of Meishan Culture Park,from both natural and human aspects combs cultural context and find the geographical characteristics;The fifth chapter combines with design practice I participate in——Tower building design of Meishan Cultural Park on the basis of theoretical analysis,and analysis the design of the background,rationale,location,ideas and reflection of the cultural mood.
