With the development of building energy conservation,EPS exterior wall external insulation system has been developed for the most widely-used energy-saving measures at present,especially for high-rise buildings.There are many problems existing in the course of the exterior wall external insulation,such as hollowing,cracking,shedding and many other issues,particularly in the continuing wind loads of cold regions,the destruction of shedding is even more widespread,which not only reduces the service life,but also causes a loss to the life and property of residents.Shedding of the insulation board and the structural layer is the main reason among many quality problems in the whole system.The adhesive means?adhesive area and adhesive thickness are just based on the experience without theoretical basis in choosing bonding ways before.Even more lack of the theoretical guidance in the exterior wall external insulation for resist wind load property so that make the bonding strength can not be guaranteed,which gives rise to a variety of difficulties in later use and repair.Therefore,studying and analyzing of the adhesion of insulation board and structural layer and determining safety and durable integrated bonding means are important to ensure that external insulation of high-rise building does not come off in the continuing windy load.And it will play a practical significant role in exterior wall external insulation engineering practice in the future.Through specific experiment and theoretical research,this article mainly focuses on the following related work and draws some conclusions:1)Referring to "JGJ144-2004 exterior wall external insulation engineering technical specifications",designing the strength test of tensile bond of external insulation board,and uniformly applied 40mmx40mm thermal insulation test block.Through a large number of experimental data analysis bond thickness of the insulation board and the matrix tensile bond strength,obtained a conclusion that the highest strength is 4mm and 3?5mm is the better bonding thickness,which can provide reference for specific engineering practices.2)Designing the anti-shearing bond strength experiment of exterior wall external insulation board and the base course wall at different bonding means,different bonding area,different thickness and bonding adhesive based supplemented by a different number of anchor fixation joint.Through multiple sets of experimental data analysis,conclude the anti-shearing strength under the following several conditions:full bonding>point-box adhesion>article adhesion>cross adhesion>point-bonding.From the economic point of view,the best comprehensive benefit is point-frame bonding,and its strength can reach 90%of full adhesion.When the thickness is 4mm,the adhesive intensity between external insulation board and wall is the highest,4mm?6mm is higher.Moreover,as for the best bonding situation combined with different amounts of adhesive anchors,it is better to measure maximum bonding strength,observe its destruction and summarize the failure regularity.3)Focusing on the safety analysis of(Super)high-rise buildings under wind loads,conducting calculations on wind loads theory,analyzing the destroying mechanism on wind pressure to external insulation,summarizing the two necessary conditions on the wind pressure to the destruction of insulation board,proposing three preferable insulation structures in resisting wind loads damage and optimizing the corner site with strong negative pressure,designing the L-shaped composite insulation board,which is similar to equilateral leg angle in order to reduce the damage of wind pressure.For the continuing effect of strong wind loads on high-rise building exterior insulation,combining with experiments and calculations,putting forward comprehensive connectivity options mainly based on adhesion and supplemented by anchor bolt and different building height of the selected comprehensive bonding situation,and making the relevant provisions particular in the bonding area and the number of anchors of the comprehensive connectivity options.4)Comprehensively analyzing the influence of the size case of wind load,obtaining different kinds of wind pressure changing at different heights,different building surfaces and different wind angles.The surrounding environment,the layout of building community,perennial prevailing wind and dense buildings spacing play an important role on the strength of pressure.Therefore,we should take full account of these factors in designing.Finally,summarize some effective measures to resist the destruction of wind loads.
