The research of the servo control system of the electromechanical actuator is the development of intelligent digital lectromechanical actuator with high precision and high frequency output.The static and dynamic characteristics of the steering gear directly affect the direction and accuracy of missile flight.The development of high performance electric actuator has important significance to improve the pe rformance of missile.Compared with the traditional analog control servo system,digital electromechanical actuator is easier to implement advanced control scheme,which has good performance,easy maintenance and high reliability.It is one of the key factors to realize its high accuracy,high sensitivity and high reliability.This paper introduces the composition and control principle of the servo system,and according to the technical requirements of the servo system,a complete design scheme of the servo controller based on DSP TMS320F28335 is proposed.Starting from the hardware circuit,the TMS320F28335 is the core of the minimum system,power module,analog acquisition module and power driver module design,and gives the design principle diagram.The s election of the drive mode is compared,and the protection measures are pointed out.The tasks and basic requirements of the software design of the servo control system are presented,which mainly includes the division of the software modules and the whole process of the software.The control scheme of the servo control scheme is determined,and the control strategy of current loop,speed loop and position loop is described in detail.According to the motor model,the dynamic characteristics of the system a re simulated by MATLAB software,and the simulation of step signal input and sinusoidal signal input under the condition of no-load condition,under the condition of constant torque load and elastic load are carried out.Simulation results show that the tracking performance of the control system is good and can meet the requirements of the system.At the end of the paper,the work is summarized,and the future improvement of servo control system is prospected.
