In this study,use reeds and corn straw as raw material,The products obtained form lignin after high temperature liquid water pretreatment if have any effect on the fermentation,I hope this study can figure out which product is recycled to inhibit fermentation of ethanol,in order to improve the lignocellulose materials into ethanol technology to provide some theoretical basis.First of all,in the high-temperature liquid water pretreatment process,at different temperatures to open cans,study on adsorption at the solid surface of the insoluble material.The results show that In open tank temperature is 90 ? and 30 ? condition,deposition quantity is the largest,and at 50? condition,deposition quantity is the least.Fermentation methods the method is S-SSF,optimize the ethanol fermentation process.In process of S-SSF,I definitely the temperature of hydrolysis is set at 50?,and ensure the buffer what used for the fermentation is HAc-NaAc of pH4.8.In the fermentation process,we chose shocks when enzymatic hydrolysis,then allowed to stand to ferment.When use insoluble solid residue at different temperatures of open canister as a substrate for fermentation system,compare the concentration of ethanol produced by fermentation system.The results showed that regardless of corn stalks or reeds,we got the higher alcohol concentration when using insoluble residue obtained at 30 ? as substrate.When the substrate is reeds,ethanol concentration increased by 3.1%,and the concentration of ethanol produced by corn stover increased 5.3%.Assay the hydrolyzate of lignin in pre-hydrolyzate by temperament.The results show there are more of hexane,naphthalene,methyl naphthalene,dihydro-coumarone,vanillin acyl groups,oxygen-containing aromatic compounds.Pick out three kinds of simple and easy to get like n-hexane? vanillin and naphthalene,then added them to the subsequent alcohol fermentation system.So as to explore the impact of these additions on ethanol fermentation.Assay the hydrolyzate of lignin in pre-hydrolyzate by temperament.The results show there are more of hexane,naphthalene,methyl naphthalene,dihydro-coumarone,vanillin acyl groups,oxygen-containing aromatic compounds.Pick out three kinds of simple and easy to get like n-hexane? vanillin and naphthalene,then added them to the subsequent alcohol fermentation system.So as to explore the impact of these additions on ethanol fermentation.The results showed that vanillin slightly Inhibit the yeast fermentation,so that ethanol concentration is reduced to 8.7~11.4%.Hexane slight catalytic role in the fermentation process in yeast,It can increase the ethanol concentration of 7.9-9.1%.Naphthalene is not much effect on the fermentation system,but in the system of fermentation,naphthalene have a synergistic effect on vanillin,making vanillin more pronounced inhibition of yeast;However,naphthalene and n-hexane have effect of antagonism,reduced the catalytic role of n-hexane to ethanol fermentation.When the three substances which are present in the ferme ntation system,the concentration of ethanol dropped by 10% to 14%.
