With the financial support by natural science fund of Zhejiang province(NO.Y1111118),aiming at the problem that the hierarchical control structure of manufacturing execution system can't meet the stability and robustness requirements of job shop scheduling and the application limitations of Stigmergy in Ho lonic control architecture,a Stigmergy-based Holonic control architecture was proposed.According to the characteristics of Holonic control,put forward the scheduling strategy under the architecture from two aspects of static pre-scheduling and dynamic rescheduling and the relevant models,negotiation mechanism between the holons as well as the realization algorithm.Then the MES-based job-shop scheduling system is designed.The main research works are as follows:1.Elaborating the background and significance of the research,overview of the status of research and then shows the research content and technology roadmap.2.Proposing a Stigmergy-based Holonic control architecture.Designing the ant holon corresponding to basic holons and staff holon and dynamic rescheduling-oriented staff holon.Defining two types of pheromones according to different application scope.Analysing the characteristics of Holonic control,then discussing the change of Holonic manufacturing execution control architecture under the dynamic environment.3.Establishing the model of static pre-scheduling.Proposing the pre-scheduling strategy under the Stigmergy-based Holonic control architecture.The strategy consists of negotiation mechanism between the holons and the realization algorithm.4.Establishing the model of dynamic rescheduling.Putting forward the dynamic rescheduling strategywhich is based on the evaluation of the influence the disturbances.Proposing the negotiation mechanism of holons under the Stigmergy-based Holonic control architecture in dynamic environment.5.Designing the MES-based job-shop scheduling system by the object-oriented approach.establishing the logical structure model,static model and dynamic model of the system.Describing the The function of each module in the system.6.Summarizing the entire work of this paper and making conclusions and suggestions for future research.
