The aircraft landing gear is the key of aircraft landing gear system,and its shock absorbing performance is the most important indicator of landing gear's capability.The buffer damping is not adjustable in the modern aircraft design,which often limits the plane's comfort,stability and security in the process of aircraft landing.So,it is necessary to design a semi-active control system of landing gear shock-absorber as the active control system,the same time,it has the characters which the structure is simple and the weigh is light.In the paper,a test platform for embedded buffer control system of landing gear is set up.which takes a small magneto-rheological damper based aircraft landing gear as research object.Through this test platform,with the working principle of magneto-rheological damper,a design scheme of buffer control system which is based on the DSP F2812 of digital singal processor is presented.The paper designs a buffer control system with DSP F2812 as the core,including the control system's power generating circuit moudle,voltage-controlled current source driving circuit moudle,analog-digital converting to circuit moudle,A/D sampling circuit moudle,JTAG artificial circuit moudle,LCD display moudle,crystal moudle and SRAM circuit moudle.The schematic diagram and the PCB have been designed,At the same time,a system software development platform in the CCS environment is built,the empirical inquiry method is used to give the corresponding control signal based on the input signal range,and it can complete to control the magnetorheological damping control.The simulation and test results show that the embedded buffer control system is stable and reliable and it can reach the requirements of semi-active control system of landing gear shock-absorber based on magneto-rheological damper.
