To be an important part of electromechanical system of aircraft,the health state of aircraft hydraulic system affects the flight safety of aircraft directly.With the development of aviation technology,the composition and structure of aircraft hydraulic system are becoming more and more complicated,bringing higher requirement on safety and reliability.Therefore,research of accurate health state assessment could provide a reliability assurance for aircraft hydraulic system,help to improve the efficiency of support and maintenance for the aircraft and enhance its overall combat effectiveness.The application prospects are broad.According to a certain type of aircraft hydraulic system,the health state support decision technology is studied in this paper.First,introduce the basic structure of the aircraft hydraulic system and working principle.Typical of the aircraft hydraulic system failure modes,failure causes and failures made a detailed summary and introduction.On this basis,consider the aircraft hydraulic system structure and characteristics.Analysis of the maintenance decision,spare parts decision related technology and research significance.Failure modes are different in the aircraft hydraulic system health monitoring.The appearance of corresponding fault symptoms and its significant degree are depends on expert knowledge.Historical fault data,fault mechanism analysis results,significant degree of appearance of fault symptoms have different effects on maintenance support decision.Establish the multiple attribute maintenance support decision model on the basis of grey fuzzy and analytical hierarchy process.Regard the quantity of the spare parts demand,maintenance and store as one-dimensional discrete random variable,analyzing the mutual effect among the random events utilizing convolution sum,convolution difference,crossed product.Built the spare parts inventory comprehensive decision-support modeling based on sequence operation theory.This study result shows that the result of maintenance decision and spare parts decision in this paper is consistent with the actual situation.Finally,in VC + +6.0 and Matlab software development environment,realization the based on and gray fuzzy analytic hierarchy aircraft multiple attribute maintenance support decision and spare parts inventory decision based on operational theory sequence.
