The Study On Management Of Cost In Electric Enterprises

The Electric power is the national key infrastructure,the development of the power industry has played an indispensable support role in the country’s economic growth and sustainable development progress.Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic growth has improved significantly,the first is the manufacturing industry led by the development of the economy,the power industry has been through a more rapid development in this period.In the high-speed development at the same time,how to control the cost of enterprises has become a focus point.Enterprise cost is in the process of production and operation,through the calculation of all costs,and according to the predetermined target profit,one can reach to all the cost of that enterprise management needs.Companies need to meet the expected revenue and profit,strictly control the cost of expenditure,and find out the weak link to improve.As we all know,the scientific cost management is a key factor in how every resource in the power industry can be used in the suitable place,which is the most important issue we should consider in cost management.According to the current conclusions,combining target cost management,cost management theory,activity-based costing management theory and so on,this paper further analyzes and discusses how to ensure the quality of electric power under the promise of whole process to implement effective management of the electric power enterprise costs under the background of high new technology,looking forward to find effective measures to reduce the costs and to improve the economic benefits in a better way.The article structure is composed of six parts.First is the introduction,this section covers the research background and significance,the research both at home and abroad,and research ideas,the innovation points,etc.;then lists the related basic theory,this paper expounds the target cost management,cost management theory,activity-based costing management theory,laying the theoretical foundation for back analysis of cost management in electric power industry;then introduced the electric power enterprise cost management present situation and the existing problems,and illustrates the weak link in the present stage that we should focus on and the cause of problems;then expounds the electric power enterprise cost management measures,from power generation,sell electricity,asset management,administrative management,and other angle for the optimization of cost management in electric power industry to provide the scientific method;the next section introduces the electric power enterprise cost management,based on the success experience of S power company,for how to optimize the electric power enterprise cost management security measures and suggestions were put forward;finally summarizes the full text and outlook of cost management in electric power industry.
