| With the development of advanced manufacturing and science and technology,quality requirements of products for users are also increasing,which has not been able to meet by technology guaranteeing and general qualitative judgment,so parts the tiny size of bore are using more widely in machinery,aerospace,energy chemical industry,transportation and other fields.The defects the detection system of micro-sized bore’s sidewall is mainly studied,which includes testing requirements,the detection principle,selection of optical elements and methods of image processing in the thesis.The testing system was completed,which is effective in practical using.Wall defect detection technology based on the inner cone mirror [1] is a kind of non-contact measurement,high detection efficiency,and the accuracy is guaranteed,high degree of automation,applied widely at present.By moving the inner cone mirror light pipe into the wall,axis direction measurement inside different cross section along the wall,as a result of the inner cone mirror imaging principle,on both the CCD as the gradient of triangular wall shape error.Therefore,this paper refers to the image,and key techniques of splicing,reducing internal morphology are displayed on the LED large screen is used to identify the human,this system is of great significance for rapid detection of pipeline.This article mainly discusses the small size of bore wall defect detection system are studied,from the test requirements,test principle,optical element selection and image processing are studied in this paper,the methods,detection system is constructed,and its effect have been carried out to verify.The main research of the paper is as follows:(1)It is reviewed and compared the traditional methods with methods using widely at present in detecting testing of inner hole wall;(2)The principle and scope of using of methods of detecting testing of inner hole wall currently is described.The testing principle based on conic lens is proposed,Parallel to this,designed the system,which includes selection of optical devices and system design based on testing principle.(3)The method of capturing images by the system is analyzed.The method of center of circles,unfolding of images and radial correction is proposed.Difference algorithm and image unfolding is analyzed and simulated to prove.(4)The image mosaics method based on the feature of images unfolding is proposed.The results is demonstrated and simulated to prove,which displays the system is effective in practical using.(5)The device of detecting testing of inner hole wall and feasibility of image unfolding and image mosaics are demonstrated by testing and analysing.Experimental data shows that the proposed wall defect detection system can achieve a rapid and nondestructive testing in the holes,high automation degree and the measurement precision,achieve aim of subject. |
