To meet the rapid development of seamless line,improving the efficiency and quality of rail welding to assurance rail joints ride.Not currently exist online and bend for welding,it sets in urgent need of development hoisting systems,operating auxiliary equipment,hydraulic control systems,cooling systems,gas supply systems,welded rail as one body efficient and high-quality pressure welded machine.On the basis of YHGQ-1200-type welded rail system,combing the characteristics of the actual rail welding site,designed to meet the requirements of operations and the overall layout,to determine the programs and workflow.For key technologies required to improve assistive devices to improve efficiency and quality.Combined with welded system needs work,a detailed analysis of the forces before welding auxiliary devices,using Ansys workbench software for structural static analysis;Work equipment modal analysis to detennine the natural frequencies and mode shapes;Using Matlab software welded rail vehicle dynamics simulation and performance prediction.This paper was designed to meet the rail line to rail welding work vehicle program in the background,structural analysis and simulation work for the mobile terminal device;Using dynamic simulation and analysis system vibration.Welded rail system to improve job-related key technologies to provide a reference,which has a certain significance and practical value.
