The agricultural straw and its unreasonable disposal would bring the serious pollution to the environment.Anaerobic fermentation is an effective way of dealing with agricultural straw to be harmless and resource utilization.The structure of wood cellulose in agricultural straws limits the use of microorganisms for polysaccharides.Agricultural straw has a high C/N ratio,and it leads to a low efficiency of agricultural straw anaerobic fermentation gas rate.Alkali pretreatment and mixed fermentation are effective methods to improve the efficiency of the agricultural straw anaerobic fermentation.This paper take the rose straw as researcher,studies the effect of pretreatment humidity on the efficiency of anaerobic fermentation.Under the optimum pretreatment humidity,using rose straw mixed pig manure fermentation to realizing the effect of different rose straw mixed with pig manure fermentation for anaerobic production efficiency.The main conclusions are as follows:1.NaOH under three kinds of straw and water ratio(1:3 ? 1:2 ? 1:1),the efficiency of the anaerobic fermentation of rose straw in pretreatment was increased by 0.39,0.36 and 0.34 respectively.The daily growth rate of each group was similar,it gradually decreased or even zero after three gas production peaks.At the second peak,the daily production was the highest,and the daily output was 1557 mL,2142mL,2193 mL,953mL.For three pretreatment the gas production was significantly higher than that relative to the untreated group,and the peak time was 1 to 2 days ahead of the untreated group.With the increase of the pretreatment humidity,the efficiency of gas production increases.The efficiency of anaerobic production is the best while the ratio of straw is 1:3.2,.NaOH under three kinds of straw and water ratio(1:3?1:2?1:1),the efficiency of the anaerobic fermentation of rose straw in pretreatment was fitted for the first order dynamic equation.The k value of gas rate constant were 0.108,0.080,0.089 respectively,higher than that of untreated 0.037,0.009,0.018,respectively.3.Rose straw and pig manure in three ratio(1:3,1:2,1:1)mixed fermentation of methane production were 27231.6 mL,25597.7 mL and 27531.2 mL,higher than that of straw separate fermentation 1.56 times,1.46 times,and 1.57 times respectively.In the accumulative gas production of the four groups,the cumulative gas production rate of R1(rose straw and pig manure mixed ratio is 1: 0)is the least,R2(rose straw and pig manure mixed ratio is 1: 1)the cumulative gas production is R1 1.6 times.R3(rose straw and pig manure mixed ratio is 1: 2)the cumulative gas production is R11.6 times.R4(rose straw and pig manure mixed ratio is 1: 3)the cumulative gas production is R1 1.6 times.4.Through mixed fermentation process on the stability shows that while the rate of rose straw and pig manure was 1:1,the concentration of various liquid phase indexes is gentler and the process stability is better.
