As production development,living standard improved,energy consumption is growing fast,efficient and reasonable use of joint heating energy is already a hot issue in today's society is an urgent need to solve.At present,the natural gas is the cleanest energy in many energy in the world,due to its reserves,the development and utilization of natural gas is more and more get attention from the countries all over the world.And solar energy as a clean energy,not only is the primary energy,and renewable energy,solar energy resources are rich,no any pollution to the environment.So this article select complementary heating gas heat pump and solar energy-network system as object,much heat source heating system jointly control study.This article first set complementary heating system in the whole control model of the heating season.Using TRNSYS and MATLAB simulation software,the solar energy heating on a complementary-gas heat pump and piping system and improved PSO-PID algorithm and the simulation of control system.Research improved PSO-PID algorithm and controller performance advantage in complementary heating system,and to join in the complementary heating system improvement after the controller performance advantages of the system.The results obtained from the simulation by above knowable,the improved PSO-PID algorithm in the quick search for the best position and avoid unable to get rid of local best position effect is better.And by using the improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm can be faster to search the most reasonable control parameters in control system,thus to prove that PSO-PID algorithm can obviously improve the control effect.Mainly displays in the following three aspects.Enhance the anti-jamming,after a brief of small fluctuations in the heat source,can quickly return to a stable state,reflected its adaptability,strong robustness and fast convergence speed characteristic;Raised the step response performance indicators,step control has produced the overshoot,but its value is small and within a reasonable range.At the same time also shorten the adjusting time and rise time,accelerate the response speed;Enhance the decoupling,the improved controller can better deal with complementary heating system to produce hydraulic coupling phenomenon,enhance the decoupling,the improved controller can better deal with complementary heating system to produce hydraulic coupling phenomenon.The simulation result also shows that after joining improved controller complementary heating system performance got obvious improvement.First,after joining improved controller hourly heating system of heating load and the user of the hourly thermal load closer to abate the lag,enabling users to room temperature is more stable and comfortable.And complementary heating system in the process of running parameters,such as the evaporator superheat got better control,degree of superheat of the maximum overshoot is only 0.4 0V lower than that of traditional controller under the control of 0.9?,the regulating time is reduced from 70 s to 50 s or so.Then make complementary heating system throughout the heating season keep efficient and stable running.Second,due to the electronic expansion valve and pump frequency converter performance has improved.Leading solar energy-the flow of refrigerant in the evaporator gas heat pump system can carry on the more reasonable with the change of the gas machine speed regulation.Due to the import and export of the evaporator temperature is an important factor influencing the performances of heat pump units,so the performance coefficient of the COP of the heat pump units and primary energy utilization is ascension.The COP value increased from 3.94 to 3.94,PER value increased from 1.62 to 1.62.The system of the efficiency of each component are also improved,and can according to user's heat load changing more reasonable,timely adjust system heating.Make the system energy consumption is reduced,the BiaoMei quantity consumed throughout the heating season is only for the use of traditional controller complementary and 93%of the heating system,achieved good energy saving effect.Which can be concluded that the PSO-PID controller in the improved algorithm after its sex.Apply after the improved algorithm of PSO-PID controller and solar power-gas heat pump and piping complementary heating system can better improve its performance.At the same time complementary heating system with the improved controller throughout the heating season after all can be more efficient and stable running.
