| The excitation system is an important part of the control of the synchronous generator,and the design of the proper excitation system can control the output voltage of the generator.This paper uses the frequency domain analysis method,the design of excitation system of synchronous generator model automatic voltage regulator,and power system stabilizer,parameter of controller is better,and the use of time to verify the design results of response performance.In this paper,the main purpose of the design of automatic voltage regulator is to follow the synchronous generator output reference voltage signal,therefore,choose a phase lag controller to design the automatic voltage regulator.On the other hand,the main purpose of the power system stabilizer is to improve the transient characteristics of the system,therefore,choose a phase lead controller to design the power system stabilizer.In this paper,reference to Ningxia Datang International Power Generation Co.Ltd.#1 dam(600MW)design parameters of the excitation system,a computer simulation software(MATLAB)is used to verify the performance of the controller.The simulation results show that the signal following and transient characteristics of the power system are improved obviously after adding the controller. |
