Study On Planning Of Small Towns In Northern Anhui Province Under The Background Of Multiple Plans Integration

The planning of small towns refers to the norms,guidance and coordination of the construction of villages and towns in a given period of time.With the rapid development of small towns,more and more attention has been paid to the planning and management of small town development from a forward-looking perspective,and whether planning can play a full role is the key to the sustainable development of small towns.The northern region as a typical long lag of the development of small towns,small towns by the interaction of top-down multiple departments,multiple planning problems,contradictions,conflicts and other planning departments,the development of small towns is restricted.The paper chooses the northern Anhui region as the object of study,and analyzes the planning problems and their causes in the process of urbanization development,and summarizes the root causes of the planning contradictions.The planning method and coordinated planning contradictory elements of exploration and research in sociology,management science,statistics,geography,economics,ecology,landscape architecture and urban planning and other disciplines from the perspective of how to explore the scientific and reasonable standard of small towns important indicators and functions and layout of play,guide the direction of Industrial Development at the same time and constructioin style,layout space conflicts with structure and function,to coordinate and guide the planning operation,in order to achieve the sustainable devetopment of small town planning.First the theory exploration on the planning of small towns,and small towns,small towns planning,more than one regulation concept defined and the research status at home and abroad are analyzed,and then to the small town of Northern Anhui Based on urbanization lag status from the population,industry,land,environmental and other issues to sort out,to the causes of problems caused by the system,the concept,nature and historical perspectives based on the analysis,put forward the problem of small town and contradiction lies in the regulatory conflict.Then the influence factors of small town planning elements in Northern Anhui and its influence are analyzed,finally,according to the planning elements and explore planning method combing the contradiction between small towns in Northern Anhui in one context,to improve the investigation and analysis of the theory of the theory part.Selection of Yingshang County Nan Zhao townplanning as a case study in this paper,the urbanization level and rapid development of the town in Northern Anhui high background,through the analysis of the current situation of population,economy,policy,planning and related conflicts,open questionnaire survey and interviews of villagers and relevant departments,according to the questionnaire and interview results through the investigation on the structure of different population of the villagers,the analysis of supporting public facilities and actual demand,and the departments and units of the final conflict,the overall layout,infrastructure,industrial development,landscape,architectural design,control line designation,difference plot and put forward the suggestions from the processing application of multi gauge coordinated control angle,in order to realize the organic combination of theoretical research and practical case.
