Mechanical vibration field is growing in the position to social development,the synchronization phenomenon is also very important,the position by mechanical vibration in order to achieve some mechanical synchronous operation,our research in the field of synchronous had the higher request and more clear direction.For synchronous vibration theory research,the small parameter method has quite mature,on the method of improvement is difficult.So what you need to do is improvement method,in order to improve the work efficiency of engineering,and save more time.Therefore,to study different methods for solving vibration system response,the determination of stability has very important significance.Based on the double mechanical and electrical drive double plastid vibration system as the research object,studied the vibration of the vibration system synchronization and stability problems.Vibration system dynamics model is established,the mathematical model of vibration motor electromagnetic torque,using matrix perturbation method for solution of the steady-state response and optimization.Through a series of test modal analysis,with the results of the analysis and theoretical calculation of verification,make the corresponding theory and experimental results.The main completed the following work:(1)Dynamic model of the preliminary establishment,lay a foundation for the back of the stability and response to solved.A numerical simulation is performed using Matlab,and quantitatively describe the parameters of the system to realize the impact of self synchronous.(2)By using Hamilton's principle to solve the double plastid system dynamics model of cocurrent rotary synchronous conditions,in Lagrange to solve reverse motion,make bright contrast is formed between.(3)Introduces the application of matrix perturbation method,the synchronization method in theory of vibration optimization.Using the perturbation method analytical solutions for the vibration response of vibration system,with the dimensionless coupling equation,solving system natural frequency changes of the expression.Matrix perturbation method introduces two kinds of optimization and improvement methods.(4)Test-bed of double machine drives the elemental body vibration system was established,using the test bench test modal analysis,obtain the elemental body vibration system natural frequency of the rigid exact value,to verify the accuracy of the analysis in front.At the same time through the modal experiment analysis system of vibration characteristic,help to analysis the cause of the formation of self synchronous vibration and natural frequency of the coupling.
