Biomass energy is a green and clean energy,and it is the only renewable carbon source.Biomass pyrolysis technology is the important form of biomass energy utilization.It makes the biomass into bio-oil and other forms of energy,easy to store and use.As the emergence of oil crisis and the development of new energy technology,biomass pyrolysis technology gets more and more attention.The biomass pyrolysis reaction conditions,including anaerobic environment,extremely short residence time(within 2 s)of gaseous product and high heating rate(102?104 ?/s)are harsh.Therefore,the structure of traditional biomass pyrolysis reaction device is complex,operation process trivial,causing the waste of resources and environmental pollution,making the development and utilization of biomass energy lose significance.In this paper,traditional biomass pyrolysis reaction device heating mode was changed;designing the biomass pyrolysis reaction device used the principle of infrared heating,and considering the reaction by-products of coke use again.The main work includes the following contents.(1)According to the principle of traditional biomass pyrolysis reaction devices,the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional heating mode are summarized,and the advantages of infrared heating are presented.According to the principle of infrared heating,the structure of infrared heater is summarized,and the feasibility of biomass pyrolysis reaction based on infrared heating is analyzed.(2)On the basis of main components of biomass and there pyrolysis mechanisms,the main endothermic components are summarized.The absorption band of biomass is certain based on endothermic components' infrared spectrograms.According to the absorption band,the infrared coating is chose,and the use technologies of infrared coating are also introduced.(3)The main structure of biomass pyrolysis reaction device based on infrared heating is designed,calculating the key parameters of the reactor and calculating the combustion process of combustion chamber.The inlet velocity of combustion gas and air and the inlet diameter of weasands are determined.The insulation structure of combustion chamber is designed,and its insulation layer thickness is calculated.Combustion chamber diameter and height of the chimney are calculated,and the chamber sealing structure is determined.(4)The combustion of combustion chamber in reactor is simulated.Its main purpose is to get the temperature distribution in the combustion chamber.According to the different reaction stage,the combustion chamber fuel is also different.Respectively,therefore,the initial gas combustion simulation,the coke combustion simulation and coke and gas combustion simulation are done.In order to achieve the reaction temperature and the temperature uniformity requirements,respectively,the paper makes combustion simulation at different fuel speed,getting the best temperature distribution.
