The void fraction of gas-liquid two-phase flow system is one of the important parameters to characterize the characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow.The symbolic dynamic filtering method described in this paper is a soft-sensing method of flow parameters different from the measurement model.The idea of anomaly detection can be applied to the detection of void fraction of two-phase flow.It is found that the symbolic dynamic filtering method has the value of in-depth study and provides a reference for predicting the void fraction.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the research background and the current research situation of gas-liquid two-phase flow void fraction measurement are introduced in detail,and the commonly used void fraction measurement method is introduced.The current research condition of symbolic dynamic filtering method is briefly introduced.(2)Conductive probes and ultrasonic measuring pipes are designed and manufactured.It is selected to meet the needs of the measurement equipment to build a set of vertical upward gas-water two-phase flow experiment system.The experimental scheme design is introduced in detail.(3)This paper focuses on the theory of symbolic dynamic filtering method,and briefly introduces the analysis steps and advantages of the symbolic dynamic filtering method,and simulates the typical nonlinear dynamic system.The simulation provides the reference for the follow-up experiment research.(4)The relationship between void fraction and flow measure is studied experimentally and the subsequent void fraction is predicted according to this relationship.The experimental results are demonstrated by comparing and analyzing the simulation results.(5)This paper summarizes the research contents of this paper.It analyzes the function and shortcomings of the conductivity probe measurement signal and the fluctuation signal measured by the ultrasonic sensor and makes a prospect for the future research.
