Stochastic resonance is a new method to realize weak signal detection by using noise to enhance the energy of the signal.At present,it is not too much to detect the actual signal by means of stochastic resonance,while most of the research on stochastic resonance is still in the stage of theoretical simulation.The key to its application is that how to realize the generation,enhancement and effective control of stochastic resonance.Combined the theory of stochastic resonance and DSP technology,stochastic resonance detection system is built in which stochastic resonance can be generated,the potential function can be chosen and system parameters can be adjusted adaptively.TMS320F2812 is used as the core processor.Moreover the system is applied to detect actual engineering signal.Firstly,the effects of system parameters and nonlinear potential function on stochastic resonance are analyzed.Therefore,the adaptive stochastic resonance based on artificial fish algorithm is put forward.Then artificial fish swarm algorithm is used to adaptively adjust the parameters of the bistable system in order to realize the generating stochastic resonance.Secondly,stochastic resonance detection system based on DSP is designed,and the hardware and software design of the system are completed.In hardware design,choosing the TMS320F2812 as the main processing circuit,the hardware circuit design of the stochastic resonance detection system is finished,including the main processing circuit in which TMS320F2812 as the core and signal acquisition circuit.In software design,the design of some parts were achieved by the way of CCS3.3,including the main program of system,A/D sampling,SCI data communication,and stochastic resonance algorithm.Also,in the host computer,the control module,serial communication module and waveform display module designs were completed by means of Lab VIEW.Finally,stochastic resonance detection system is used to detect the real engineering signals.Then the early bearing fault signal(rolling body,inner wear)and vortex signal(5.10m~3/h,46.28m~3/h)are detected with the system.Test results show that the minimum output signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)increases to 30.34dB,and the output power spectrum peak input signal peak value is increased to more than 3times of the input signal peak value.This shows that stochastic resonance detection system can accurately detect the actual engineering signals.It has a good application prospect.
