Based on the development of the portable micro-indentation instrument,the design of the host structure of the indentation tester is optimized.The aim is to improve the rigidity and stability of the host structure in order to obtain the reasonable and well-designed host.The target indentation tester is in the macro low load range,which broadens the upper limit of the load range of the nanoindentation and reduces the requirements for the specimen and the environment.Compared with the macro load,the load reduction can reduce the flexibility of the rack Influence,design difficulty and cost.The use of occasions for field/field conditions,requiring both portable and flexible instrument,so the target portable micro-press device has a significant value of engineering applications.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)This thesis introduces the basic elements of instrument design,including the drive device,drive mode,load measurement,displacement measurement principle and the principle of selection of equipment,and details of the structure of portable micro-indentation device.(2)Based on the optimization of the initial version of the host structure,proposed the host structure of the improved version.The rigidity of the modified host is verified by the analytical method,and the stability and rationality of the host structure are verified by finite element simulation.(3)Calibration the improved version of the principle of indentation into the prototype,found the problems of the host p in the calibration of the current version,structural,technical and functional defects were summarized and analyzed.(4)Combined with the instrument calibration found the problems of improved version of the host,we propose an advanced version of the host design scheme through the upgrading of technology,structure optimization and function expansion,in order to design a host computer architecture with reasonable structure and perfect function.In this thesis,the future development of portable micro-indentation into the instrument accumulation of technical reserves and provide a reference basis to promote the portable indentation equipment.Promote the Instructed Indentation Test from the principle of prototype to engineering practical applications.
