At present,many existing electronic equipment were widely used in a variety of specific work environments,like elevated-temperature seal and so on.They all has the same characteristic that the performance requirements of electrical connectors are relatively high.This paper with the high temperature sealed electric connector as design target,researched and designed a military high temperature sealed electric connector,which could achieve the smooth transmission of electronic equipment signals.Firstly,by analyzing the design target and scheme of the electric connector,analyzed the force when insert and pull out the electrical connector;then,designed the whole structure of electrical connector;lastly,performed reliability analysis and test,optimization designed and studied the electric connector,which achieved a phased result.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduced the background and significance of the selected topic of elevated-temperature seal electric connector,contains the sealing structure between contact piece、socket housing and equipment;analyzed the development history and current situation of connectors at home and abroad,contains the research status of high temperature electrical connector and high pressure resistant sealed electric connector;lastly,summarized the key technologies and main research contents.(2)Taking the basic theory of electrical connector as the starting point,this paper analyzed the design target of electrical connector,the goal to be achieved and the design scheme of this article.(3)The high temperature sealing electric connector as the research object,the connector plug force measuring process of stress analysis,and the closing force standard size and scope,and closing position closing distance is calculated,finally analyzes influence of necking machine size deviation,size of the value of the plug jack.(3)With elevated-temperature seal electric connector as the object of study,analyzed the force when insert and pull out the electrical connector,and calculated the standard size and range of force measurement、standard position and close distance;lastly,analyzed the influence of the machine size deviation and jack dimension to insert and pull out value.(4)Overall designed the elevated-temperature seal electric connector from design process、conceptual design、material selection,structural design,electrical performance design and other requirements.(5)Based on the designed elevated-temperature seal electric connector,performed reliability analysis and test.Lastly,summarized the full text,point out that the optimization design and research of elevated-temperature seal electric connector is very important in today’s society,which could provide theoretical and practical experience for the improvement of existing product development and research on this new product,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
