In the last few years,because of serious pollution of the traditional energy.People are looking for green renewable resources to replace them,so the development of renewable sources of energy and environmental protection industry obtained the unprecedented attention.How to improve the efficiency of lighting electricity which accounted for 10%20%of gross generation has attracted extensive attention.As an important magnetic component material of high frequency electric light source,the NiZn ferrite's performance determines the efficiency of high frequency electric light source.This paper aims to improve the saturation magnetic flux density of the materials,takes nitrate as initial raw materials,vias template assisted sol-gel process systematically studies influence of the main formula composition,templates materials,and the sintering process to the properties of NiZn ferrite,and evaluates it's macroscopic magnetic in the applications of electric light source.The experimental results show that NiZn ferrites nano powder has been synthesized via a template-assisted sol-gel method with 45-49.5 mol%content of Fe2O3,20-35 mol%of ZnO and the rest of NiO?to calculate the main formula with oxide?.The sample which main formula composition is:Fe2O3:47 mol%,ZnO:25mol%,NiO:28 mol%,Bi?NO3?3·5H2O:1500 ppm,when the samples were treated at1000°C for 4h has the highest saturation magnetization and its Curie temperature is above 270°C.Prepared NiCuZn ferrite powder with the CuO to replace partially Ni O,we found that when the CuO content was 4 mol%in the main formulation,and the additive of Bi?NO3?3·5H2O is 1500 ppm.,when sintering the sample at 800°C for 3hours,the sample has the best performance.Sintering process has important influence on macroscopic magnetic of materials.When the sintering temperature range from 1000°C to 1200°C,we find that when the temperature is 1050°C,the sample has the highest initial permeability,764 and the lower loss factor,24×10-6.When the heating rate range from 2.5°C/min to12.5°C/min,It was found that when the heating rate was 2.5°C/min,the performance of the sample was the best.When the heating rate change,the loss factor of the sample is little change.The heating rate has no significant influence to the saturation magnetic flux density of the sample.
