Because of simple structure,reliable operation,high efficiency,convenient maintenance,strong and durable,induction motor is widely used in various production occasions.But in the special working condition of oil field,it often appears that the high power motor drives the low load operation to meet the requirement of starting torque,that is to say,the "big horse cart".Therefore,in order to solve this problem,based on the characteristics and design method of the mixed connection winding of the star triangle,the winding and core of a traditional three phase induction motor are properly designed and improved.,and by comparing the magnetic field of the motor,the starting performance and operation performance and other aspects,the improved method can realize small machine output high torque.At the same time,the electromagnetic force and electromagnetic vibration of the improved motor are calculated based on the calculation results of magnetic field,and the vibration optimization of the motor is completed by further optimization of the winding.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the mixed connection winding of the star delta,the design method of the winding is expounded.Based on the design method,a 22 k W Y200l2-6 induction motor is taken as an example to improve it.A finite element model of the motor before and after the improvement are established,analysing the influence of mixed star delta connected windings in air gap flux density of electromagnetic field,the results show that improved motor has better magnetic properties and lower harmonic content,verify the correctness of the improved method.Secondly,using the finite element method to calculate the starting performance of the motor before and after the improvement.Using the method of combining the experimental test and the finite element method,the load performance such as efficiency power factor efficiency and so on of the improved motor is calculated.The cost of the improved motor is compared with the large chassis and high power motor in the manufacturing cost to verify the prominent advantage of the optimized design in saving cost.Combined with the actual operating conditions of the pumping unit,the load performance of the motor is calculated by the finite element.Finally,based on the air gap magnetic density which extracted from transient magnetic field,the electromagnetic force in the air gap of the improved motor is calculated,at the same time the electromagnetic force is taken as the load condition,and the electromagnetic vibration of the motor's is calculated,the accuracy of the calculation is verified by the method of spectrum analysis and experiment.Meanwhile,in order to reduce electromagnetic vibration,according to the design characteristics of the winding is further optimized.The magnetic field calculation and operation performance calculation of several optimization schemes are carried out,this paper selects a scheme to execute electromagnetic vibration calculation to verify the correctness of the optimization project.
