As the pivotal basic components in many machinery equipments,there are countless catastrophic consequences due to the faults of rolling bearings.Rolling bearing life tester has good engineering value for it can well simulate the rolling bearing running state under complex condition.But most life tester need the staff monitor on-site for a long time to prevent an accident in their running process,and the environment is noisy,so it not only wastes the manpower,but also produces some negative effects to the body.The measurement and control system of tester also does not have data sharing function,the technical personnel need to copy data to the scene if he wants to analyze the collected data,so that it not only wastes time,but also increases the management difficulty of the laboratory.In order to solve the above problems,combining Internet of Things technology and fault diagnosis technology,intelligent measurement and control of rolling bearing life tester and data analysis is proposed.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the system function,the types of the microcontrollers,peripheral chips,sensors and communication chips are selected.The hardware circuits of RS485 transceiver module,DA conversion circuit and AD conversion circuit are designed and composed the lower machine control system,and which will be used for receiving the commands of the upper machine,remote PC client and mobile terminal.Then,the equipment start-stop,bearing rotating speed and load control,the acquisition of the temperature and pressure and other functions all can be achieved.Secondly,the software part of upper computer is written using Visual C++ 6.0.The main functions are as follows: the serial communication between the lower and upper machine,the equipment start-stop,parameters setting of the rolling bearing,data acquisition and control of the temperature,pressure and vibration acceleration,data storage,waveform display,sharing and analysis,etc.Next,the software of remote PC client and mobile terminal is programmed,the remote communication of the microcontroller is achieved,and then the equipment start-stop can be controlled.The data download and analysis can be achieved by combining PC client and FTP protocol.Video monitoring function is integrated into mobile terminal and the video information can be viewed remotely.Last,the upper machine and PC client designed has data analysis function.Rolling bearing faults are analyzed by using the envelope spectrum analysis The time domain,frequency domain feature indexes and envelope spectrum entropy index of rolling bearing are extracted and the feature set is structured.Then,combining with support vector machine,the fault location and performance degradation degree of the rolling bearing can be recognized.Finally,the whole system is tested actually,and the intelligent control and video monitoring of the rolling bearing life tester,the data collection,storage,analysis and sharing all can be realized.
