High-performance AC drive system generally need to install a mechanical sensor in the rotor shaft of the motor,used to measure the rotor speed and position.These mechanical sensors are often encoders and tachogenerators.Mechanical sensors can provide the rotor signals needed to control a motor,but it also poses a number of problems for the drivetrain: high costs,increased system size,installation difficulties,and harsh environmental conditions.In order to avoid these problems,the research of speed sensorless control system based on sensorless has become an important direction in the field of transmission system research.In this paper,we review a large number of excellent domestic and foreign literatures,and discuss the research background,research purposes and research significance of sensorless PMSM speed control system in detail,and summarize the research on sensorless control methods and their research status at home and abroad.On this basis,the overall scheme of PMSM sensorless speed control system based on ASMO is designed.This scheme introduces an adaptive sliding mode observer based on stationary coordinate system instead of the traditional sliding mode observer,and introduces the use of sigmoid function instead of the traditional sign function,in addition to the introduction of the phase-locked loop to estimate the speed and rotor position to replace the traditional arc tangent function to estimate the speed and rotor position.After that,the system simulation model is set up on the platform of MATLAB / Simulink,the simulation results are analyzed,the feasibility of the whole system design is proved,and the traditional sliding mode observer is compared and analyzed.It is proved that the system design has the advantages of eliminating chattering and improving The effect of precision.Based on the theoretical research and simulation verification,the corresponding hardware circuit and software program are designed and the experimental platform of PMSM sensorless speed regulation system based on ASMO is built.The experimental results demonstrate the correctness and superiority of the sensorless speed regulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on adaptive sliding mode observer.
