With the rapid development of information technology,the interactive form of product extends from traditional entity interaction to virtual interaction,and the interaction between user and product increases the dimension of space and time.The emergence of new forms of interaction,enriched the concept of ease of use,the product is no longer just concerned about whether the function of the user's operating objectives,is easy to learn,more important is to understand the user interaction with the product of cognitive experience and complexity of the behavior.The goal of this paper is to define the design features of ease of use of interactive experience,and to provide practical reference and guidance for interaction design.The research process of this paper is composed of four parts:the theoretical study of interactive experience and usability,the analysis of competing products,the design of theoretical design of interactive experience,and the design practice.'Firstly,this paper combs the research thread and idea of the concept of interactive experience and usability in design field,and puts forward the time and space characteristics of interactive experience.At the same time,through three levels of product-user-the use of environmental analysis of interactive experience in the ease of use characteristics and design rules.The necessity of storyboard design for task management,the relationship between storyboard and interaction experience and agile development,the role of task management storyboard in agile development and so on,and through the competitive analysis method Competitive design of the ease of use.Subsequently,through the target user interviews and competitive product test observation,the user's usability needs are drawn,the experimental design framework is extracted,and then implemented to the specific design elements according to the design framework.The basic idea is to use AHP,the user strategy.layer,scope layer,structure layer,framework layer,presentation layer as the design strategy of five levels,each level corresponds to different ease of use factors,and then refined to the specific design elements on.Finally,under the guidance of the interactive experience design method,the specific task management storyboard design practice is validated,which verifies the feasibility and guiding significance of the interactive experience easy-to-use design strategy.The significance of this paper is to establish the relationship between interactive experience,ease of use and task management storyboard through the combing of theories and the extraction of the usability features,and to clarify the design framework of interactive experience usability,Theoretical framework for the interactive experience of the specific design of ease of use,for the interactive designer to provide practical design guidance and solutions.On the theoretical level,the study of the ease of use of interactive experience is to understand the law of ease of use in the process of interaction,to clarify the psychological factors and environmental factors that affect the ease of use experience,to propose design guiding ideology for ease of use,The gap between ease of use and interactive design practice..From the practical level,the task management application of the story board is to control the agile development process of the main tools to help improve the effective cooperation between the team,the establishment of project consensus,in-depth understanding of user needs,ease of use principles into task management applications,Help to improve and optimize the ease of use of the product.Therefore,this thesis puts forward some theories and methods for reference to explore the design of future digital products by studying the usability of interactive experience in the new era.
