As a kind of fluid machine widely used,centrifugal pump is characterized by simple structure,stable performance,simple operation and convenient maintenance.But the actual operating environment of the centrifugal pump is mostly the river basin,and the fluid composition contains solid particles.Solid particles usually will cause the centrifugal pump to reduce the operating efficiency,and affect the safe operation of centrifugal pumps,and shorten the service life of the flow parts of centrifugal pumps.It is important to study the fluid flow state and wear rule of centrifugal pump under the silt laden flow for controlling the flow,vibration characteristics and safe operation of centrifugal pump in solid-liquid two-phase flow.The current research on the ring gap mostly for water pump,based on the water and solid-liquid two-phase medium under the change in studying the changes of flow field in the centrifugal pump ring gap size,the performance gap between the size and the centrifugal pump of solid-liquid two-phase flow in contact,analysis and comparison of the flow of two kinds of spiral case the fluid under pressure fluctuation in the position of different monitoring points change,distribution of the volume fraction of the solid phase in the centrifugal pump of different ring gap;influence of solid concentration on the flow state of centrifugal pump,the general law between the properties of solid particles and the concentration of the centrifugal pump,the flow field and pressure distribution of solid phase pulsating volute and mouth ring the changes with solid concentration;wear model based on the analysis of different wear calculation,the ring gap with different solid Under the condition of the change of parameters related to the calculation of wear,the wear rule of the impeller,the impeller and the nozzle ring of the centrifugal pump was obtained.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support for improving the operation stability of centrifugal pumps in sand laden water and improving the wear characteristics of centrifugal pumps.
