As the most widely distributed renewable energy,biomass energy is an important energy for human survival,which is also a vital guarantee for sustainable development.As a large agricultural country,China has abundant biomass energy.However,wide distribution and low density of biomass straws brought many difficulties to the large-scale supply of biomass power plants.Therefore,biomass power plants need to realize the large-scale utilization of straws through the intensive straws collecting pattern.In the intensive straws collecting pattern,fuel storages are places for straw collection,transportation and transshipment.How to scientifically and reasonably arrange locations of fuel storages in order to reduce the cost of biomass power plants has attracted more and more attentions.Combined with the actual demands of a domestic biomass power plant,this thesis concentrates on the problem of storage location selection within the straw power generation fuel supply chain.The main works of this dissertation are summarized as follows:1)Domestic and overseas researches on straws collecting pattern and fuel storage location selection are introduced.Meantime,we analyze the potential problems of the straw collecting pattern and storage location selection.2)Aiming at the certain demands of the power plant,optimization model is established to minimize total logistics cost within the straw power fuel supply chain.This model is solved by using a linear programming software package called lp_solve,and the correctness of the model is verified by a simulation case.3)Considering the uncertain demand of power plant,we create a stochastic optimization model aimed to minimize total logistics cost expectation and a robust discrete optimization model aimed to minimize average total logistics cost for all demand scenarios.By comparing and analyzing results from these two models,robust optimization model is proved to be more practical.At the same time,we bring the uncertain demand of power plant and the uncertain straw yield of resource point into consideration,and the robust discrete optimization model with the objective of minimizing average total logistics cost of all the scenarios is established,and an example is demonstrated.4)Based on the actual requirements,the optimization model and Algorithm,we design and develop an assistant decision system which is developed within integrated development environment,Flash Builder and MyEclipse.We use Flex + Spring + Hibernate framework to build a service development platform,using Oracle as the database,and Tomcat as the Web server.The system can provide users with three core functions including basic data management,automatic location selection,user management.The model and system have been tested through the practical problems of storage location selection.The results show that the system can provide users with the optimal solution and bring considerable benefits to users' actual production.
