With the expansion of power grid and the increasingly deepening of the marketization operation,there would be more higher requests to power grid operation.On the one hand,uncertain factors such as the large scale of new energy and increasing cases of running environment mutations on equipments,made power grids have to consider them when running.On the other hand,for the pursuit of safety and economy,power grid operation must coordinate effectively to achieve optimal operation mode of the power grid.Therefore,in the power system operation dispatch plan,operators must consider running efficiency of grid,but operators can't ignore some random faults existing in the system,such as suspended generator shutdown,power transmission components.At first,this thesis expounded the risk theory research status at home and abroad,told the research significance,and then introduced the operation risk.Starting from the traditional optimization dispatching decision-making model,the thesis made contrast between them and analysised their economy and safety,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of traditional optimization scheduling,and made a thorough research.On expected failure set about the system states and changes.Calculation method of running risk was put forward,in view of the probability factors and consequence severity,the method both considered extended application scenarios:probability computation about multi-factor consideration;the consequence severity of failure quantified by the cost of control.Considering the marketization operation and demand side diversity in the future respectively,a variety of cutting load optimization models are established.With the analysis of the "Three-defense-line" configuration,the thesis summarized the application principles of coordinated control.On the basis of these principles,the papper applyied the running risk to the coordination problem of preventive control and corrective control,then preventive-corrective coordinated control model was established.For expected accidents,different stages of different states were analyzed,and the constraints of "the gap between controls" were put forward to improve system security.To quickly solve the preventive-corrective coordinated control model,the thesis studied the bilevel programming problem and the solving methods of a variety of bilevel programming problem forms,then a bilevel programming model was referenced to decompose preventive-corrective coordinated control problem into several small optimization problems.Finally,according to this bilevel programming problem,the thesis put forward a method embedding interior-point method to particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm to solve this model.Aiming at the shortcomings of the original particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm,the concept of average gap is put forward to guide the particle position to improve original particle swarm optimization.At last,this model was used for six node simulation test system to make contrast with the original model,the results proved that is feasibly.
