Steering system is an important part of the car,is directly related to driving performance and security.Have electric power steering system,etc.The application of advanced technology,also got very good effect.Wire control steering system,this article will research its mechanical connections between steering wheel and steering actuator cancelled,the ECU to control the output ratio.This can carry on the real time control according to the motion of the vehicle state,fundamentally solve the contradiction between light and spirit.First analysis of the structure of auto parts,and establish the dynamic model.According to the dynamic model of vehicle was established through ADAMS virtual prototype model of the vehicle,and through the double line of typical working condition of experiment,with traditional steering model horizontal pendulum angular velocity,lateral acceleration,lateral displacement change parameters,such as contrast,validating the model.Using the model,control the speed of the car,steering wheel Angle,the simulation of different speed and Angle of horizontal pendulum angular velocity,calculated the ideal angular velocity ratio and speed and steering wheel Angle to determine the relationship.In order to tackle the problem of insufficient steering system,based on the feedforward compensation control of steering system and yawing angular velocity feedback control.By MATALAB/Simulink to establish control part of the control system,and establish the connection joint simulation with ADAMS.Through the simulation,compared to two kinds of control mode and the performance of the traditional steering.Through the step Angle and double line of typical working condition of simulation,compared with horizontal pendulum parameters such as angular velocity,lateral acceleration,steering wheel Angle,to verify the two kinds of control method can well solve the problem of understeer,and can improve the driving performance.Wire control steering cancelled the mechanical connection,making the surface of the road are not feedback to the steering wheel.In this article,we will back to the positive moment between tire and ground as the way of control objectives.By controlling the motor road sense,produce way move to the steering wheel torque feedback.In order to simulate the real-time accurate sense of road,this road are simulated with the method of fuzzy PID control,through the MATLAB/Simulink simulation model is set up,and continue to twist simulation step signal input Angle,comparing fuzzy PID and conventional PID control effect,show that the fuzzy PID tracking signal is better,stronger anti-interference ability.Back to the positive moment as the simulated target,road shock opportunity according to the calculated back to positive moment completely feedback to the steering wheel,so that it will due to the large back positive moment,adds physical burden to the driver.Principle in this paper,power steering,a torque compensation control,and through theMATLAB/Simulink to establish control model,by entering a different speed,draw a different sense of speed of road simulation result.the simulation shows that power compensation way feeling can very good control moment in a reasonable value.
