In recent years,with the rapid development of ADAS advanced auxiliary driving system,the global automotive industry is focused on the research and application of ADAS sensors.The development and research of ADAS sensor automation performance detection equipment positioning control system are also attracted much attention.This article is based on the combination of current sensor detection technology at home and abroad,and according to the basis of performance test the enterprise has been put into using sensors of the actual situation of production line with PLC control and servo motor drive as the core,can design a set of ADAS sensor sensitivity,damping and frequency performance detection technology,automatic control technology and precision mechanism design in the integration of automation testing equipment,specific design is as follows:(1)The overall scheme of designing control system.According to the requirements of ADAS sensor performance test,the control system is divided into two parts: drive control and non-drive control,combing to the characteristics of the detection equipment control system.This paper chooses PLC as control core,ac servo motor and cylinder ACTS as a driving element,system chooses half closed loop control method and the position control movement way,X/Y/Z three-dimensional directional motion of electrical drive control system;According to the requirement of system software communication,this paper adopts PLC’s free communication interface.Combined with the design requirements of the non-drive control part,the design of the whole ADAS sensor testing equipment control system is designed.(2)Complete the hardware design of the control system.According to X/Y positioning requirement of the two-dimensional moving parts detection computational precision of motor drive,driven by servo control system implementation,to choose the location of the ac servo motor control mode,designing the connection circuit between seno dirver and PLC,adopt the method of visual reference feature points,design the X/Y zero point correction method of two-dimensional workbench,and complete of other parts of the control system installation and calibration of the whole workbench and the hardware design.(3)Complete the software design of the control system.According to performance testing equipment operation requirements,ADAS sensor of PLC I/O port distribution,design of PLC control program including the system main program,the initialization and reset,fault alarm,servo motor control,cylinder control,system automatic operation,manual operation such as program design(inches).And complete the design of communication and operation interface of touch screen.(4)Complete the assembly and debugging of the control system.According to the design scheme of the control system,the mechanical and electrical parts of the ADAS sensor performance testingequipment are completed.According to the requirements of the performance testing and positioning accuracy,the positioning control accuracy of the testing equipment is debugged and verified by image processing and comparison of deviation,and the experimental results show that,the precision of driving positioning control and the automatic running degree of the equipment in the control system designed in this paper meet the requirements of automatic performance testing of ADAS sensors.At present,the performance testing equipment has been put into production and use.
