Heat exchanger is a kind of widely used industrial equipment.There is an important effect in fluid medium heat exchanger plate between the mechanism of heat transfer and flow characteristics of heat exchanger performance,it is necessary to conduct in-depth study.Plate heat exchanger is related to characteristics of the medium in the channel of complex network,it is difficult to clearly understand the internal flow and heat transfer characteristics in the later research.With the development and maturity of the theory of fluid mechanics and commercial software,it provides a powerful tool for the simulation of heat exchanger fluid.At present,the research on numerical calculation of the flow characteristics in the channel of the heat exchanger in China is not mature enough,it is affected by the difficulty of 3D modeling of heat exchanger plates,which has important significance for heat exchanger design and simulation.In view of the above problems,the concrete heat exchanger product board is the object of study.In this paper,the whole 3D model reconstruction design of heat exchanger plate is completed,quality make detection and system evaluation is modeled,by the simulation calculation of the heat exchange fluid finally.The specific research contents are as follows:In this paper,according to the internal structure of the traditional heat exchanger,using the method of plate heat exchanger heat transfer and flow characteristics by numerical simulation,based on the three kinds of turbulence models:The numerical comparison between the standard k-?turbulence model,k-? model and RNG k-? model are modified cyclone.RNG k-? model for complex flow in plate heat exchangers and heat transfer characteristics are found,the above simulation results are compared with the experimental data made by predecessors,the reliability of the model is verified.Numerical model of flow and heat transfer of plate heat exchanger,the heat transfer and resistance characteristics of different speed are calculated by using unstructured grid,the simulated heat exchanger groove three-dimensional velocity and pressure and temperature distribution.The heat transfer characteristics of plate heat exchanger,resistance and mass transfer characteristics are summarized,collation and analysis of the empirical formula of plate heat exchanger and flow more common.The basic formation mechanism of three kinds of dirt and the theoretical prediction model are studied including the crystallization fouling,particle fouling and the above two kinds of mixed fouling.
