In the background of the growing scarcity of fossil resources and the increasingly severe ecological pollution in the world, the use of wind energy has gradually become the focus of energy in the field, and it is one of the most popular green and renewable sources of energy. It follows that the fault of the wind turbine is a topic that can not be ignored, and the economic losses caused by the failure are increasing year by year. Therefore, the fault diagnosis technology of the wind turbine has been paid great attention and in-depth research. The most effective monitoring and diagnosis technology is researching on the signals in abnormal vibration of wind turbine, because the signals often express many kinds of fault information in a nonstationary, nonlinear and complex way.At present, the more common methods of signal analysis are Fourier Transform,Wigner Distribution Function,Wavelet Transform and Empirical Mode Decomposition and so on.However, with the innovation of technology and the deep exploration of the problem, many new analysis methods have been applied to the analysis of fan vibration signal. In this paper, the mechanical simulation model of the main bearing of the wind turbine and the model of the fan power system are set up to simulate the normal state and failure state of the main bearing of the wind turbine.By means of combining LMD(Local Mean Decomposition)with wavelet de noising technology, the simulated stator current data are analyzed and compared with theoretical calculation values. On the basis of checking the accuracy of the simulation model,it verifies the validity and accuracy of the analysis method, which can be applied to the fault analysis and fault type diagnosis of the actual wind turbines bearing.
