In recent years,the problem of environmental pollution has attracted the attention of scholars and authorities.As a clean energy,wind energy has been proposed by scholars.Wind energy is renewable and does not pollute the environment.These advantages make it one of the new energy sources.The wind power industry in China is developing rapidly,but there are many parts of wind energy conversion equipment needed to build wind power plants and the equipment structure is very complex,which have affected the utilization of wind energy.Generally,the wind power plant is located in the area with few people,strong wind and harsh natural environment.How to guide wind energy conversion more efficiently,to ensure the development of wind power industry,played the supervision role of wind power project,reduce the times of power plant accidents and ensure the safety of power generator are channels to reduce the cost of power generation,improve economic efficiency.All these are the key problems of wind power plants.To overcome this problem is helpful to make wind power plants tend to be intelligent.In this research,to implement remote monitoring and remote operation of wind power generation factory is realized through the fault intelligent monitoring means of wind power plants.This research has analyzed the researches of domestic and foreign researchers,and summarized the researches on fault warning and fault diagnosis of wind power plants.And then,the power generation principle of wind power plants is analyzed.At the same time,the mainstream faults of various wind power plants are proposed and the root causes of these faults are analyzed.Finally,the data of the intelligent power plants are analyzed and extracted,saved in the database.The faults are found through the inquiry.The research on the faults of wind power station,a fault early warning device is set up,data collected by SCADA system.The correlation coefficient between data and data and all relevant factors of wind power plants which affect the efficiency,like temperature,are found.These factors form a correlation variable set.Through the analysis of this paper,a reliable fault warning model and memory matrix are established.Meanwhile,in this study,the numerical deviation between the predicted value and the actual value are analyzed,which is used to test the precision of the fault early warning mode,the reliable performance of models.It has an application value and there will be no big deviation.In this study,Liaoning Longyuan Wind Power Co.Ltd.as the research object,the actual operation situation of Faku wind power plant is studied.The monitoring principle and the design scheme of fan remote monitoring are introduced.The method of early warning supervision of wind power is introduced in detail.The most common method is data mining,data collection,data storage,etc.So,the user can open the mobile client platform to directly understand the actual operation condition,the various faults and safety protection of wind power plants.The design of this paper is helpful to provide some ideas for the design of other monitoring systems,and has certain research value.
