The code printer is dedicated to trademarks,documents,product packaging and other areas of the marking system,the information printed including digital ID,trademarks,one-dimensional code,two-dimensional code.At present,the code marking printed by code printer is used in every field,and the QR code is the fastest and most widely used barcode in China.With the development of printing and recognition technology,QR code is not only used in the query for consumers,more and more application in the internal management of manufacturers and government departments.The products which printed QR code information,as owning their own identity,recording the information from production to each stage in the circulation.Through the QR code analysis could gain the product workshop,production date,batch number,internal information,confidential documents,certificates and other security information,which is convenient of recalling,anti-counterfeiting and traceability of products social circulation.Once these critical information printed appears error and no timely detected,it may cause great damage for companies and relevant departments.The error rate will be reduced and the information will be more reliability if the QR code is verified while being printed by the code printer.At present,the QR code printer can achieve 5 yards/sec,most of the identification system can not match the working efficiency.Due to the shortage of high-speed QR code verifications,leading to most manufacturers can print QR code but can not real-time verification,failing to guarantee the real processing pipeline and the industrial operation.Therefore,it is very important to study the system of QR code verification,which can match the code printer working on pipeline and improve the reliability of information security.At present the system of QR code recognition or verification which is based on software by aserial processors can not reach the requirements of QR code printer,and difficult to match the working efficiency of code printer.The main purpose of this thesis is to design a high-speed QR code verification system with special interface for QR code printer,which can match code printer working on assembly line work,dedicating to real-time data validation for QR code and guarantee system coordination while the code printer working.This thesis proposes FPGA + ARM hardware architecture according to system requirements and features of QR code,and studys the image processing algorithm of QR code and verification solutions due to the parallel structure of FPGA.ARM processor is not only responsible for the part of decoding for QR code,but also plays a leading role in the coordination of the system's hardware peripherals,improving the efficiency of the system and providing rich interactive interactive interface for QR code printer.
