Wetland,which is one of the most important parts of the earth's ecosystem,it has a very complicated and advanced ecological system,and it has the extremely important ecological role in regulating the climate,hydrological regulation,water purification,biology conservation and genetic diversity,anti-wave solid bank such as siltation promotion.However,in the past forty years,with the rapid increase of population,accelerated development of industrialization and urbanization,the irrational exploitation of reclamation,pollution of the environment,irrational use and other human activities in waterfront landscape,making the area of urban wetland reduced,wetland's function degenerated and biodiversity lost gradually.The ecological function and social benefits of the wetland can not play normally,and it lost the ability to resist the natural disasters.How to protect and restore the function of wetland ecosystem and biodiversity,and to obtain a systematic method to create a harmonious,efficient,green,energy-saving,urban era of human habitat environment through the process of wetland protection,that,is a huge challenge or opportunity people face today.As the city ecological resource repository,Sichuan Xinjin County Baihetan National Wetland Park was influenced by the government's process of integration of urban and rural construction in recent years.Sandbar area degradation,soil fertility decline and hardened,part of the waterfront being into garbage piled up and straw burning place.Besides,deterioration of water quality,overgrown with weeds,plant habitat was severely damaged.Xinjin,a city which lives for water,if it wants to further enhance the charm and competitiveness of city,and as an ecological barrier of the upper reaches of the Minjiang River,it is inevitable to need reasonable recovery and rehabilitation to Baihetan National Wetland Park urgently,and in the eyes of a long-term sustainable development planning.Wetland protection and ecological restoration is imperative.This paper makes Xinjin County Baihetan National Wetland Park as the research object,and firstly analyze on site situation,including base status,peripheral type,transportation system,water system,biological resources and regional spatial patterns,starting from the research on waterfront green space landscape of Wetland Park core area.In order to solve the problem of the existing site,summarizing up the method of planning and design that theRiver-Sand Composite Type wetland park development should follow,and ecological restoration of the landscape of waterfront green space,especially for soil,water,animal and plant habitat restoration measures,and Low Impact Development technology's selection reference,discussing the methods to solve the problem,from the aspects of its structure,function and application of the design method,the potential economic and ecological benefits.On the basis of that,paper also constructed the low impact development of rainwater system model of Sichuan Xinjin Baihetan National Wetland Park core area waterfront green space,which based on the SWMM model,and conducting a detailed inquiry on the methods and steps of model construction from rainfall data of the model simulations to study regional generalization,then to Low Impact Development technology and the selection of model parameters etc,and providing some reference for the SWMM model simulation of same type sites in the future.Through the analysis of the current situation of the site,planning and design and evaluation of the model,the paper obtains the following main results and conclusions:1.Summarizing up the method of planning and design that Sichuan Xinjin Baihetan National Wetland Park should follow,which is the representative of the River-Sand composite type wetland park development.Giving detailed procedures from regional data collection to the analysis of the site,and then to the concept of landscape design and functional zoning,at last to the selection of green infrastructure modules.It build a framework of landscape ecological planning and design for the same type of wetland.2.Introducing for the River-Sand composite type wetland Park waterfront green space the ecological restoration measures which aims at the different underlying surfaces,concluding the grass land,forest,farm land,water and road.And introducing the use of methods of Low Impact Development technology,for instance the rain water garden,rain water pond,permeable pavement,sunk green land and grass ditch.It also provide a reference for the same type of wetland.3.Providing the methods of low impact development of rainwater system model construction and evaluation for the River-Sand composite Wetland Park waterfront green space based on SWMM model,including a series of processes,such as the generalization of the research area,the selection of Low Impact Development technology,the parameters setting of the SWMM model and the analysis of the evaluating indicator.And finally drawing a conclusion that Low Impact Development technology has a good control effect on stormwater runoff volume,and can effectively improve the water runoff quality.The core work of planning,researching and evaluating on Sichuan Xinjin Baihetan National Wetland Park core area waterfront green space is repair and reconstruction of wetland ecological system habitat conditions through artificial,so that the damaged and degraded ecosystem structure and the service function can achieve to the original or even higher level.For those wetland ecological system which has been stressed or degraded,scientific urban ecological planning and design can make urban wetland ecosystem to maintain a virtuous cycle,showing the pattern of urban construction,economic development and environmental construction coordinately.It provides some ideas and methods for the waterfront green space landscape ecological restoration and the promotion of Low Impact Development technology application and evaluation in the future,and with significance to solve our country city wetland recovery and stormwater problems.
