Proportional electromagnetic valve is widely used in refuelling plane.Its function is mixing two kinds of oil proportionally,to generate the required oil.The refuelling plane’s accuracy,safety and stability are depending on proportional electromagnetic valve.At present,the proportional electromagnetic valve’s detection methods are falling behind.There are lots of problems,such as poor test accuracy,long test time.The design of measurement system will give the enterprises a better development.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Through consulting relevant literature,at first,this paper introduces the working principle,application background and measurement indicators of proportional electromagnetic valve.Secondly,this paper analyses the foreign and domestic development status.Finally this paper points out the necessity of designing the flow characteristics test system of proportional electromagnetic valve.(2)This paper puts forward the whole project design scheme,which includes software design and hardware design.The hardware design scheme is mainly composed of four modules.The modules include pneumatic circuit module,master control module,pressure control module and drive control module.The software design scheme includes PLC software and interaction of human-machine software.(3)Aiming at the air pressure which does not maintain stably when test system is working,this paper proposes fuzzy-PID control algorithm,to adjust pressure of pneumatic circuit automatically.The experimental data prove that under the fuzzy-PID control algorithm,the control accuracy of automatic pressure adjusting is meeting the test requirements.(4)This paper uses machine capability index to evaluate the accuracy of this system.The Cmkk is more than or equal 1.67 according to the experimental data,which meet industry standards.
