| The 40-year China’s economic system of reform and opening up has gradually changed from a planned economy to a market economy.Although China is still in the primary stage of socialist development,the speed and scale of China’s economic development have been noticed by countries around the world.The Chinese leaders proposed the "China Manufacturing 2025" blueprint and proposed the basic policy of "innovation-driven,quality first,green development,structural optimization,and talent-based." Quality is the foundation of the company’s survival,and the level of quality management will determine whether the company can achieve sustainable development.Changchun FAW Mould Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,as the holding subsidiary of FAW Group Corporation,wants to win more products.In addition to technology leadership,product quality,cost and price also need to have greater advantages.The problems of the quality management of automatic stamping production line of Faw Mould Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.are divided into system internal problems and system external problems.Analyzing the actual reasons from five aspects of personnel,machinery,material,law and environment to make related solutions.The system external problems can be improved by resetting procedures and rules.The system internal problems can be improved by using SPC theory to determine system steady conditions so as to lower labor burden and production cost in order to improve quality managements’ prevention consciousness.From the perspective of theoretical analysis,analyzes the major problems existing in the quality management of the automated stamping production line of FAW Mould Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,and uses related tools of quality management to design the quality management control model of the automated stampingproduction line so that production workers can Identify and judge in advance the unqualified products in the automated stamping production line,so that the quality management personnel can determine the stability of the automated stamping line through the model,and realize the improvement of the quality control in advance control,thereby improving the quality management level.Through the analysis and study of the improvement of the quality management of automated press lines in this paper,in advance control model of quality management is established to provide production workers and quality management personnel with a strong reference for quality control.However,many problems will be encountered in the actual quality management process.How to combine production practice,use related quality management tools,and achieve greater quality management upgrades also requires continued exploration and research in quality management. |
