| To ensure the reliability and stability of the working frequency converter.Load test is needed strictly before it going into the grid.In view of the traditional test methods exist issues such as: large active loss,single load form,test energy which can’t be fed beck to the grid and the waste of huge power.This paper proposes an electronic load of converter test.It can achieve energy recycling and own the advantage of shout development cycle and high efficiency.This paper first analyzes the performance requirements of dragging motor load during the traditional converter test.An electronic load of converter test is proposed as formula derivation.Through the topology parameter study a three-phase grid-connected inverter control method is designed.By the single closed-loop control of current,active and reactive current are given and brought in the PI regulator.In addition space coordinate system is simplified into a plane through the coordinate system rotation transformation.The simulation of electronic load is conducted in this paper.Through the experiment analysis of the load the feasibility of electronic load for converter is proved.In addition,a simulation of electronic load is conducted in the condition of grid voltage fluctuation。At last,a physical verification is conducted with a DSP chip used as the controlling core.The experimental result verify the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical analysis. |
