ABS ring gear is a part of the ABS system,which is the key component for wheel speed detection.Nowadays,the method for the testing of ABS ring gear’s surface defection is manual testing method with low efficiency,easy to error testing and missed testing.Aiming at the present situation of lacking effective means for testing ABS ring gear’s surface detection,propose a method for detecting the quality of gear ring and the type of defect by using image processing technology.Its main research work is as follows:Firstly,through instructing example of testing the product’s surface detection by using image processing technology and according to the ring gear’s surface morphology and defect characteristics,proposing a project of using liner black and white CCD camera to acquire ring gear’s surface image,and using image processing technology to judge the quality and the type of defect of ring gear.Besides,overall design the ABS ring gear defect testing system,show the design principle of automatically testing ring gear’s defect,confirm the technical index,and introduce the detailed work flow of the system.Secondly,entirely designing the hardware system of ABS ring gear’s surface defect testing system.The hardware system is based on data collect,using rotary electric cylinder and ring gear holder to drive ring gear rotating,the liner CCD collect ring gear’s surface data when it rotates,then lead it into the PC through data collecting card.In order to make the picture more clearly,using high brightness liner light source when collecting data and design the testing position to be adjustable in order to adjust the testing position to the best position,and the mechanical device is suitable for testing defect of many kinds of ABS ring gear,introduce the principle of the circuit system.Furthermore,the software system of three-dimensional valve fitting surface profilometer of diaphragm gas meter was developed.The PC software is programed by the VS2010 MFC,design a software interface,and configuring the OpenCV develop environment in the process to combine the image processing algorithm and the PC software.The microcontroller software programs for the MSP430F149 microcontroller,control the electronic device with the circuit system.The PC software and the microcontroller software through the USB serial port to establish the communication,achieve automatic testing.Besides,the image processing algorithm of ABS ring gear surface defect testing system was developed.With the means of OpenCV computer program library programing the image processing algorithm,wipe off the picture’s noise points and background color,judging the defect types according to the location characteristics and the qualification decision from the leaving picture.Finally,according to test a large number of the type of 968 of ring gear come to a conclusion that the average testing time is less than 4s,the detect classification successful rate is more than 92%,the missing testing rate is 0.Analyzing the shortcomings of image processing algorithm and forecasting the algorithm’s and mechanical structure’s improvement. |
