As a new and high technology industries in our country,the medical equipment industry has been developing rapidly in recent years,although the introductory demand is higher,the market competition is fiercer,but high profits and huge opportunity still make increasing powerful enterprises to join in this piece of the market competition.At present,the domestic medical equipment enterprises in the middle level,low level of the ultrasonic diagnostic equipment manufacturing has been able to compete with large foreign company,and has already occupy a certain share in the international market.Among them,Neusoft Medical either on the scale of production,or in the after-sales service,market sales have become the domestic industry leader.With the development of health care reform of our country,ultrasonic medical equipment has a large market potential.In order to be able to occupy the advantage in the fierce market competition,further improve the company on ultrasound medical equipment sales,expand market share,in this paper,the Neusoft medical ultrasound products in the domestic market sales problems are researched.The main job of the full text and achievements include four aspects:First,acknowledge with the PEST related theory knowledge,through the study of the internal and external operating environment of Neusoft Medical,analyze the key influencing factors of current medical ultrasonic products of the company with further development.Second,SWOT analysis,the current development from the company's advantage,disadvantage and opportunity and threat analysis in four aspects should pay attention to the problem of company development.Third,in view of the problems and shortcomings happened in current medical ultrasonic products of the company marketing,utilize the STP theory to develop all aspects of marketing strategy for the company.Fourth,in order to ensure the marketing strategy put forward in this paper can get the actual application,from the company organization management,work methods and brand effect,implement the corresponding strategy safeguard measures in many aspects.
