This subject under the premise of economy and energy saving,using small power motor to drive the target large inertia load to start running.Based on the analysis and research of ordinary 11 k W squirrel cage and three-phase 6 pole induction motor,a high starting torque drive motor is designed.Ordinary 11 k W squirrel cage induction motor can drive the normal load on the rated operating state,but it performs poorly under the driving of large inertia load.In the purpose of energy saving,cost control and better adapt to motor applications,this project proposes the use of high starting torque drive motor to replace the ordinary three-phase squirrel cage induction motor,analyses completely the working principle and structure characteristics of high starting torque drive motor,and explains the differences with ordinary three-phase induction motor and squirrel cage induction motor.According to the load demand of ordinary three-phase induction motor,rotor slot shape and end ring material should be improved and optimized.In order of making the starting torque for maximum torque,the skin effect should be made fully.Knife groove rotor slot type is improved the skin effect significantly and easy to process.It analyzes the characteristic curve of the motor,and then compares with the analysis of the performance parameters before and after the improvement.It is found that the starting performance of the motor has been greatly improved,but the efficiency and power factor have decreased and the heat load has increased obviously,so it is further optimized.By the efficient operation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,the rotor plus a small amount of permanent magnet sheets,and enhances the speed by magnetic force,thereby increasing the efficiency of the motor,the power factor and reduce the heat load.Finally,the essay tells of the advantages of improved motor.The dynamic simulation program of rotor blade slot motor is compiled by Matlab software,and the electromagnetic simulation of torque,speed and current of motor starting process is carried out by using the finite element analysis software of two-dimensional magnetic field.By comparing simulation results with experimental data shows that the preparation of knife groove of permanent magnet synchronous motor dynamic simulation program is correct.The proposed Runge-Kutta calculation simulation program is reasonable.Using the averaging method to calculate the special-shaped slots parameters is reasonable.The starting torque of the improved high slip induction motor with a knife slot is greatly improved,which will bring benefits to the motor efficiency,energy saving and resource saving.
