Permanent magnet driver is a speed control and energy-saving pure mechanical structural equipment,which controls the output speed or torque by regulating air gap length,transfers torque through the force between magnetic fields,realizes the non-contact energy transmission.It has many advantages,such as simply maintenance,tolerating error of centralization,reducing the vibration transfer,avoiding electric power harmonic pollution and electromagnetic interference.Permanent magnet driver has been successfully used in electric power,petroleum,coal,metallurgy industry.This thesis is set disc permanent magnet driver as the research object.In this thesis,variable separation method analytical model and equivalent magnetic circuit method analytical model are established to get torque expression,a 15 kw basic structural disc permanent magnet driver is designed and finite element simulation is used to verify it,the influence of main structure parameters on the output torque is analyzed,the structure parameters are optimized to maximize the torque using particle swarm optimization.In this thesis,the working principle and the energy-saving principle of permanent magnet driver are analyzes,disc permanent magnet driver is classified from the view of structure and product,the research of modeling and structural optimization is investigated.In terms of disc permanent magnet driver modeling,variable separation method analytical model and equivalent magnetic circuit method analytical model are established to get torque expression.It establishes the theoretical foundation to the research of disc permanent magnet driver.In terms of design disc permanent magnet driver and finite element analysis,the basic structure,permanent magnet arrangement,choice of materials are analyzed.And a 15 kw basic structural disc permanent magnet driver is designed,2D and 3D finite element analysis are used to analyze magnetic flux density of disc permanent magnet driver,magnetic flux density of copper disc,eddy current density of copper disc,output torque,eddy current loss density of copper disc and eddy current loss.In terms of structure parameters analysis,the influence of main structure parameters the permanent magnet thickness,the number of poles,the air-gap length,copper plate thickness and slip to output torque is analyzed.The equivalent magnetic circuit model and the variable separation method analytical model are compared with finite element data.For the reason that the equivalent magnetic circuit model is more close to finite element data,its torque expression is chosen as the optimization objective function.In terms of structure parameters optimization,the equivalent magnetic circuit model torque expression is chosen as the optimization objective function,the disc permanent magnet driver is optimized using particle swarm algorithm.3D finite element analysis is used to analyze magnetic flux density of disc permanent magnet driver,magnetic flux density of copper disc,eddy current density of copper disc,output torque,eddy current loss density of copper disc and eddy current loss.The magnetic path of optimized disc permanent magnet driver is more reasonable,torque is increased by 83.7%,and the performance of torque has improved a lot.
