In recent years,society and economy in China were developing rapidly,due to the densely populated in city,the building was built higher and higher,on the other hand,the construction of high-rise building will certainly cannot do without the design and construction of foundation engineering,and foundation treatment is an important factor affected by the building strength,stiffness,stability,seismic building etc..Because of its unique advantages,composite foundation were widedly used in the building,but because of the difficult technology,theoretical research still can not fully meet the needs of practice,and in the actual design and construction process,a little careless,not only will endanger their own safety,but also may cause huge losses in the building.Therefore,it is important to make new exploration in the mechanism of the composite foundation,to optimize the plan,further,to conduct dynamic monitoring of the construction project,and compared with the numerical simulation software,in order to further improve the scientific design of composite foundation,and then save the engineering cost,provide useful reference to other similar research engineering.Based on the rigid composite foundation of Building 10?in Block A of'Waterfront ·New City' in Jiaomei town Zhangzhou City,the mechanism of rigid pile composite foundation was studied by means of field test and numerical analysis.The main research work and the results are as follows:1?Firstly,collectiing domestic and foreign relevant research materials and field survey data,the based on the A-block 10#of the project of 'Waterfront New City' in Jiaomu Town,Zhangzhou City,designing the rigid pile composite foundation,calculating the foundation bearing capacity,bearing platform reinforcement,settlement,bearing capacity of the underlying layer and other strengthening measures,focusing on the three major role of the cushion,and then optimizing the cushion thickness of the 10#project.2.Based on the above-mentioned composite foundation design,the dynamic monitoring of construction process of the rigid pile composite foundation is carried out.Based on the reasonable arrangement of the measuring points,five representative pile top reaction forces,four earth pressure between rigid piles,fourteen vertical settlement of the structures are monitored,and the results show that the pile top reaction force,the earth pressure and the vertical settlement value of the composite foundation increase with the increase of the number of the main structure,and meet the actual load requirements.3?Analyzing the construction process of rigid pile composite foundation by the numerical analysis model,it shows that the load-sharing ratio of pile-soil is 7:3,and the composite foundation of rigid piles can play an important role in the construction of rigid pile composite general pile foundation.In addition,the value change trend of pile top reaction forces,earth pressure between rigid piles,vertical settlement of the structures are almost the same as above construction dynamic monitoring,and the numerical simulation results are slightly larger than the monitoring results,it means that limited by field operation,the data obtained from field monitoring has limitations,and numerical simulation can break through the time and space constraints,to a certain extent,reflecting the actual deformation of the scene more comprehensive.
