Biogas engineering is a kind of waste disposal,and recycle energy engineering technology,obtain widely attention in the world,biogas produced by anaerobic fermentation is a renewable clean energy,therefore biogas engineering is an effective measure to solve the energy shortage and environmental pollution.However,biogas engineering exist potential safety hazard can not be ignored.By studying this topic,ensure at the same time to develop biogas engineering,effectively reducing the probability of accidents in the production and use and reduce unnecessary casualties and property losses.This paper stands on biogas engineering process,fermentation principle,biogas purification technology and constituents of biogas,analyzes biogas engineering dangerous and harmful factor in the production sites,fire and explosion and poisoning are determined as the type of accidents that can occur mainly.Aiming at the fact that the death of the personnel in the pre-treatment plant,the distribution of the biogas in the area of the pre-treatment plant is studied.The results show that the regional space within the distribution of carbon dioxide and methane,where in the carbon dioxide concentration increases with height who show a downward trend from the previous treatment tank level,methane concentration in addition to outside the pretreatment tank level is higher,and carbon dioxide distribution shows the opposite trend.It is proved that the death of the former treatment tank is carbon dioxide,instead of hydrogen sulfide.For biogas engineering biogas leaking problem in membrane separation purification room,this paper uses CFD method,depending on the actual case,uses Gambit software to build the model,meshes,import Fluent software for numerical computation,researches the concentration distribution under different boundary conditions of indoor gas leakage and diffusion,focused on the leakage rate,environmental wind speed impact on exhaust leak diffusion process.A timely warning and open the air interlock device for fire and explosion accidents and poisoning is extremely important after biogas leak in membrane separation purification room.For this reason,this paper studies the reliability of the whole exhaust system configured by hazard gas monitoring alarm and interlock exhaust device,constructs the reliability calculation model,determines the reliability and maintenance intervals.Use of fault tree analysis further analysis of the biogas engineering fermentation tank fire and explosion,generator room poisoning and suffocation accident mechanism.It also studies the biogas engineering fermentation tank fire and explosion,generator room poisoning and suffocation accident based on bayesian network method,uses the GeNIe software modeling analysis,and calculates the accident probability,the posterior probability of basic events and various important degree,and get the important degree of the average order.According to calculation result prediction and diagnosis,identify the most easy to cause accident of biomass engineering,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.
