| The research object is to study the impact of the balance axis geometric parameters on the engine,and to design a set of balance axis precision detection system to solve the problems of relatively backward and inefficient detection methods in many enterprises.Considering the development trend of the future detection system,the design of the engine balance axis machining precision testing system is designed with the convenience,practical and economic design criteria and the actual situation of the enterprise.The balance axis is mainly used to reduce the vibration caused by the inertia force produced by the crankshaft,connecting rod and piston at high speed.Therefore,this paper analyzes the influence of the balance axis on the vibration of the engine from the angle of inertia force.The inertia force generated by different sizes of balancing shaft is analyzed and compared,and the equilibrium condition is analyzed according to the inertia force of crank mechanism.The detection system is mainly used to detect the coaxality,cylindricity and outer diameter of the balancing shaft.The whole system consists of two parts: hardware and software.The hardware part is made up of cylinder,servo motor,digital dial indicator and pneumatic meter.The software part uses PLC programming to realize the motion control of the hardware part.In this design,the main use of SOLIDWORK,ADAMS,AUTOCAD,CAXA electronic graphics and other mechanical drawing and simulation analysis software and STEP7-Micro/win32 PLC programming software. |
