The optimal operation of microgrid can effectively improve energy utilization,reduce generation cost and pollutant emission,and play an important role in the economic,environmental protection and reliable operation of microgrid system.The traditional research on optimal operation of microgrid is mainly focused on the single objective optimization with the lowest generation cost or maximum revenue.However,the optimal operation of micro-grid is a complex multi-objective,multi-constraint,multi-variable nonlinear optimization problem.Single objective optimization can not make a comprehensive evaluation of microgrid operation optimization.In addition,there are some problems such as local optimum and precocity for solving multiobjective functions.In order to realize the optimal operation of microgrid,it is necessary to establish reasonable multi-optimization items.Marking,improving the method of solving multi-objective,etc.The research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,according to the working principle and operation characteristics of the micro power supply,such as photovoltaic,micro gas turbine,wind turbine and fuel cell,the practical mathematical model of microgrid optimization operation is established,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used.Aiming at the defects of ergodicity and precocity in the traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,the defects of PSO algorithm are solved by introducing variation factors.Finally,considering the voltage,the microgrid model is established.In this paper,the mathematical equation of multi-objective optimization with the lowest economic cost and minimum environmental pollution is established,and the ideal point method is used to transform the multi-objective into a single-objective problem.The particle swarm optimization method is improved to realize the optimal operation of microgrid.The IEEE-30 node microgrid system is used as the research object,and the simulation analysis is carried out through an example.The simulation results show that compared with the single objective optimization model,the multi-objective optimization model is more suitable for the actual running state of the microgrid,and can better reflect the comprehensive benefits of the microgrid in both economy and environmental protection.The research results of this paper provide a certain reference value for the optimization design of microgrid.
