In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy,the scale of the project is expanding and more intense competition exists in the machinery industry.The bearing is the essential part of the mechanical equipment,and it is widely used in various fields.In order to improve the bearing performance and save the cost of bearing products,taking angular contact ball bearings as the research object,its structural parameters and service life are investigated.Firstly,the commonly used angular contact ball bearing was described in this thesis briefly..Considering various supporting form and the characteristics of multiple driving parts,the generalized mechanics model was established.The general formula for calculating the radial and axial loads of angular contact ball bearing was derived,which simplifies the calculation process and improve the analysis efficiency.Secondly,based on the optimization theory and angular contact ball bearing structure characteristics,the key design parameters of angular contact ball bearing were analyzed.For each type of angular contact ball bearing,a multi-objective optimization problem is established in which the basic dynamic load rating,the basic static load rating and the minimum oil film thickness terms were the objective function and the key structure parameters were the variables needed to be optimized.Considering the optimization goals,the sensitivity of the influence of the key structure parameters on the performance of ball bearing was analyzed and the key parameters which have more remarkable effects was defemined,the key parameters which provided the guidance for the manufacture of the ball bearing.Based on the performance requirements of the angular contact ball bearing in different operation environment,the different scaling factor were chosen for the same type ball bearing to achieve different properties.The comprasims amery the optimized results were made to determined the relationship between the different performences.The fatigue of the bearings were calculated based on the basic dynamic load rating and the applied exterial load.Finally,in order to achieve the rapid design a practical man-machine interactive automation design system,it was developed by connecting the VB software and MATLAB software in series which improve the efficiency of the design development progress.Through the analysis on the optimization process of angular contact ball bearing and the experimental test of the automation design system,the basic performances of the optimized ball bearing were improved and the service life was extended,which validated the reliability of the optimization process of structure parameter and the service life prediction model.The results showed that the proposed design method for the plaged a significant role in reduceing the product development cycle and cost,improving the working efficiency and product competiveness at market and guidcy the design of the product effectively. |
