Long-term since,China railway adopts IC cards and voice communication for the transmission of inspection data,but the IC card is no real-time,and also limits the amount of data of analysis,voice communication is very easy to appear communication error between the staff on the train and data analyst.None of the above methods can satisfy and solve the current situation and problems of China railway.In order to avoid deviations in railway operations,avoid generate operational accidents,save labor costs,achieve reliable and real-time data transmission,this paper designed a 4G-based wireless transmission system.The reasonable design of the data processing strategy and file transfer mechanism in this paper enable data security,reliable and real-time to be transmitted and the rational use of system resources,also the stable operation of the system and avoid some potential problems.Therefore,high speed railway informationization is of great significance to china railway,however,due to the high speed train travel in all sorts of terrain,different terrain of 4g wireless communication environment is different,when trains run in terrain with poor communication environment,there is no guarantee that the reliability of the wireless data transmission and real-time.Another bottleneck in our country to establish a reliable wireless transmission system is the 4g wireless public network.Currently,it is very difficult for operators to achieve 4g all-terrain coverage in a short period of time.The communication environment of the unmanned area and the tunnel which the railway passes may not be make different.For this purpose,an efficient,secure,and reliable data wireless transmission system needs to be established to realize the sharing of "car-to-ground" data and capabilities.This paper make the ground service center can timely obtain the vehicle information,estimate the vehicle state ahead of time,the vehicle breakdown,etc.Improve the efficiency of the high speed train operations.In addition to 4G communication,the data can be transmitted via WiFi after the train arrives.This paper uses Windows Server 2008 operating system and adopts ME909s-821 Mini PCIe wireless communication module.the transmitting module supports all netcom 4g/3g/2g data network,the system uses Netty framework and Django framework.User through the Django interface to monitor the operation of Netty also send instructions,Netty framework is responsible for the realization of wireless transmission.Netty sends the data transmission status to Django while the system is running.Django displays this information to make the user intuitively observe the data transfer progress.Netty can re-set the file transfer rules for the commands sent by the user.The entire architecture includes a transport server and a data center server,each with a user interface.Normally a train with a transport server,a server can be equipped with a number of wireless transmission module,the transmission module can be configured through the AT command,also can adopt the manual to make it complete dial-up,connection data network and sends data and so on.System is the basic work process is:After the connection between the transmission server and the data center server is successful,the transmission server performs operations such as splitting,encryption,compression,and adding checksums on the data,everything is ready,sends the data to data center server,data center server after received the data and then to extract,decryption,checking,assembly,finally ground staff to complete data analysis and management,at the same time on the users can observation data transmission in real time,such as which train the data belongs to,is data a urgent documents and so on.
