Coal-based heating and heating is the main factor of air pollution in China.As a heating source,solid electric heat storage equipment is an effective method to reduce coal combustion,purify air and make full use of low energy.The application of domestic solid electric heat storage device is relatively late,and there are some technical shortcomings compared with foreign countries.In the process of heat release,the heat transfer rate of the equipment is not high.In this paper,thermodynamic analysis and calculation of thermal engineering are carried out in this paper,which provides some references for the selection of heat storage medium and structure optimization of the thermal storage device.The main research contents include:(1)introduced the design principle,structure composition,working principle and key components of sodium carbonate electric heat storage device,and used pro/E to establish a three-dimensional model of sodium carbonate electric storage device.(2)according to the engineering thermal engineering,heat transfer,based on the whole boiler thermal calculation,such as the calculation of water tank,hydraulic calculation,packing,packing,cooling calculation and pipe and boiler heat loss calculation,etc.(3)based on heat transfer by using the finite element ANSYS Work bench software of Transient Thermal(Transient Thermal analysis module of sodium carbonate salt electric heat storage device heat storage process simulation,get regenerative temperature distribution in the body,and then compared with regenerative experimental results show that the method to simulate the temperature distribution is correct.(4)according to the fluid mechanics basis using ANSYS the Work bench software of FLUENT software module of sodium carbonate salt exothermic process simulation,electric heat storage device by device inside the part flow pressure and velocity distribution and temperature distribution in the runner,and then compared with exothermic experimental results show that the simulation method is feasible.This article research results as the sodium carbonate salt electric heat storage device structure design and operation parameters of the reasonable setting provides the theoretical basis of calculation and simulation research,as well as the electric heat storage with sodium carbonate salt heating system has an important guiding significance to the practical application.
