In recent years,with the increasing maturity of engineering technology,the form of building presents a variety of development trends.The cable network structure is widely used with the characteristics of good structure and performance,which is full of artistic atmosphere.For this new building form,the cable net structure is a large displacement structure,which is very sensitive to local load.The superposition principle in the design and analysis method of structural structures is invalid for cable net structures.The geometric nonlinearity of structures must be considered in the design and analysis of cable nets.This paper studies the design method of single cable net structure in Tianjin Tai Fu port machine and high end equipment manufacturing base in the project of high end equipment manufacturing base.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,study on the shape finding analysis of single layer cable network.The initial state of the simple cable net structure is found by the force density method,and the difference between the equal force cable net and the equal force density cable net obtained by the force density method is compared,and a more suitable calculation method is chosen to find the shape analysis of the single layer cable net in the background of the project,find its reasonable initial geometry,and then determine its initial state.The distribution of the initial tension and the parameter analysis of the cable net mode are carried out,and the influence of different parameters on the shape finding form and the pretension distribution of the cable net structure is studied.Secondly,study on the load state analysis of single layer cable network.After the shape finding analysis is completed,the initial state geometry and the pretension distribution of the cable net structure are determined.The geometric nonlinear analysis of the working state of the cable net under the cable net load is taken into consideration,considering the self weight of the cable net,the constant load,the live load,the wind load and the temperature action.In the two cases of ultimate state and ultimate state of bearing capacity,the displacement and internal force distribution of cable net under load state are studied.Finally,a case study of monolayer cable net design is carried out.A single piece of windsurf screen glass curtain wall,which is located in the central sail of the Chinese marine museum in Shanghai,is taken as an example.In this paper,the conclusions of the shape finding analysis and load state analysis of the cable net structure are used to analyze it,and get the geometric shape and pretension distribution of the initial state,and the cable net in various load groups.Considering the deformation of the normal use limit state,the feasibility and rationality of the cable network design method in this paper is verified by comparing with the existing data.
